If this provision is discovered being unlawful or unenforceable, then neither Bash will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling inside of that portion of this provision discovered for being unlawful or unenforceable and this kind of Dispute shall be resolved by a court of knowledgeable jurisdiction throughout the courts stated for jurisdiction above
